Location and audio

Make sure location permission is enabled while using the app if you want live map position, distance, direction, and automatic audio triggers.
If audio does not play, check your device volume and silent mode, then try downloading or refreshing the tour content again.
You can still browse stops, articles, and village information without location permission.

Purchases

If you have bought the full-tour unlock and it is not showing, use the restore purchase option in the app. If that does not work, email support with the platform you purchased on.
